From the moment I entered, I was ignored. Despite being the only customer, no one offered me water or took my order. The staff seemed preoccupied with a briefing from their manager.
Things took a turn for the worse when post settled and at the time of placing order... the manager suddenly came and asked me to remove my heavily modified bike from the front of the restaurant. I explained that it was a unique vehicle and I am little concerned about the safety of the same..the vehicle is visible from door and I requeted to remain it there only, but he insisted I park it on the road, where it could easily be damaged.
When I suggested taking my business elsewhere, the manager's response was apathetic: instead of allowing me he said "It's Ok... I am sorry, but you can't park here only." I was shocked by the staff's rudeness and lack of customer service skills. I think rather than training his staff, the manager needs to undergo training himself as he does not know the basic manners of hospitality field.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to think twice before visiting Garam Masala Fine Dine Restaurant. Until they improve their service and staff training, I would not recommend this...
