TUBATA — Restaurant in Delhi

I had a very disappointing experience at TUBATA, especially after hearing so much hype about the place. Sadly, the reality did not live up to the expectations.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were made to wait over 2 hours just to get a seat. Once we were finally seated, we hoped things would improve — but it only got worse. We waited another 1.5 hours for our food, and even after that long wait, no food was served. Frustrated and hungry, we eventually left without eating. We weren’t alone — many other customers faced similar issues. The situation became so chaotic that someone even called the police due to the severe mismanagement.

There was no proper management, no coordination among staff, and clearly no system to handle reservations, seating, or orders. On top of that, there’s no proper parking facility, which added to the hassle. The staff and manager were shockingly rude and unapologetic, showing zero regard for customer experience.

Special mention to Ajay Rana — one of the most horrible and arrogant staff members I’ve ever encountered. He was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of calming the situation, he aggravated it with his rude tone and lack of basic courtesy. He showed no empathy toward customers who had been waiting for hours. Someone like him should not be in any customer-facing role.

We were also questioned and looked down upon for wearing Indian ethnic wear, which they claimed was not "appropriate" — a bizarre and unacceptable attitude, especially in an Indian restaurant.

To top it all, all the positive 5-star reviews on this restaurant appear to be paid and completely fake. If you check carefully, you’ll see they were all uploaded around the same date and time, clearly a sham and fraud to mislead customers.

In short, TUBATA is all hype and no hospitality. The entire evening was a waste — zero service, poor management, and disgraceful staff behavior. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant until they undergo a complete transformation and start treating customers with...

I was genuinely surprised to find a place like this in this part of Delhi, absolutely exceeded expectations. From the moment you step into the lift, the vibe hits you. The atmosphere is electric, and the experience overall was just wow.

Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but the service was exceptional, totally worth it. We really enjoyed the snacks, drinks, food, and hookah. The ambience was lit, the DJ kept the energy high all night, and there was plenty of seating available.

Not sure why some reviews claim it’s fake or closed. I visited on a Saturday night and the place was nearly full. Honestly, it felt more like being in a high end club in South Delhi or Gurgaon.
