A restaurant which cant even serve a branded ketchup with snacks... Pathetic Food And Service. After hearing a lot of praises from some friends and family we decided to celebrate our daughter’s birthday on 22 December at Sial’s kitchen.
But it was a great disappointment to all of us in the the terms of both service and the taste of the food.
It was like that we have to call the concerned person again and again for replenishing the food. And that too took so much time.
Whatever there was in the pre decided menu, except noodles and to an extent Pizza rest everything tasted too bad.
French Fries we’re too hard, spring were too oily and stale, chilly paneer was very oily , Momos were too cold to eat.
We almost called 3-4 times before the party in past two days to request and inform the manager that we want food to be less spicy as we are attending the kids but still noodles and pasta were too spicy for kids that few kids were in tears and we had to request for cold drinks that too was totally flat .
I really don’t know what was the issue with the helping of the food, quantity I don’t know but repeating of the dish felt like an obligation from the management. Never ever had such a pathetic experience in my life.
I really did not feel like Tipping the waiters for such poor service. I think these Guys need to know what hospitality means and DEFINITELY need to improve quality and taste of food.
As a parent we felt and knew that our most of the guest were going Back home literally half filled stomach all because of the delay in serving the food but we never wanted to create a scene there as it was our daughter’s birthday.
One thing is for sure that I am never going to recommend this...
Read moreWell..... Ever since this place opened for public I have visited it 3 times. The first time it was in winters and at that time we were a group of 10 people. The food was okay.. the place was stinking of paint.. and I kind of labelled this restaurant as ok ok.
The next time was recently about a month ago. Hard to find parking , passage to the restaurant was dirty, incoming guest management non-existent , staircase to main entrance does not inspire any confidence , air conditioning was making almost everyone sweat . I ordered a lemonade , a soup and a tandoori platter.
Food arrived promptly and was okay.. nothing great.. so many waiters but hardly any synchronism between them.
I had a guest with me and in a way I felt kind of embarrassed is how I will sum up my experience.
Today that is August 1 2021 I visited again for dinner with my family. We were three. Passage dirty.. can be attributed to rains .. air-conditioning was okay. A girl to manage the incoming guests .Not quite competent but was there. Nobody to receive you at the gate and escort you to a table. Much like Haldiram.. jidhar jagah mile baith jao. Ordered food and it arrived promptly again. The ceramic bowls in which food was brought were all chipped badly at the edges and chipped substantially. Complained to the floor manager who does not look like a manager in my way and he apologised and offered to change which I refused to not waste any food. Food is okay okay again but all in all it is a sour feeling I have about this place.
In my mind I hve compartmentalised this Sial kitchen as never to be...
Read moreThis place is run by the famous Pandit Ram Niwas caterers. The surroundings of the restaurant is not very good but the interiors and the taste of food suffices for everything.
This place is a pure vegetarian restaurant with good decent interiors. Food here is just AMAZING. Each and every dish of their menu is delicious, still North Indian snacks and main course are literally the best here. The place is usually packed on the weekends. You can also reserve a small private section for your family depending on the size of your gathering. I personally feel that the servers here can be trained in order to give the people who are coming to the restaurant, that correct vibe of fine dine.
Paneer tikka, mushroom tikka, malai chaap, tandoori platter, chilly paneer, spring roll, chilly potato, dal makhani, paneer butter masala and chaap in main course. I ordered these things and they were an absolute delight. Special mention to their dal makhani as it was real real good. Their noodles were also good. They also serve flavoured kulfi platter and anyone who likes kulfi must try that.
They have also opened a new section at the ground floor of section where they serve typical desi dishes and they are a must try. You can find Kathi kebab rumali roti, burger, moong daal chila, gol gappas etc.
Perfect place to have good vegetarian food. The place has valet...
