Disappointing Experience with Shah Bakery's Black Forest Cake

I recently ordered a black forest cake with strawberry crushed filling from Shah Bakery for my sister's birthday celebration, based on the bakery owner's recommendation. While the presentation of the cake was appealing, unfortunately, the taste and quality did not meet expectations.

Despite its promising appearance, the cake lacked flavor and seemed to be of inferior quality. Even in a gathering of around 60 people, not a single attendee requested a second slice—a clear indication of the overall dissatisfaction with the product.

As someone who values both presentation and taste in culinary experiences, I must admit that this order from Shah Bakery left much to be desired. While I may not be a regular customer, I had hoped for a memorable and enjoyable experience, especially for such a special occasion.

Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider placing future orders with Shah Bakery. Consistency and customer satisfaction are paramount in the food industry, and it's disappointing to see such a lapse in this instance.

Overall, I cannot recommend Shah Bakery based on my recent experience.

This place has been getting worse and worse day by day My brother bought a cake from this place today and when we opened it, the cream on the cake was runny in texture and tasted funny and it was literally warm and we took the cake back to their shop they refuse to believe so even after tasting the cake and their fridge was deforsting which made their cake sour and they still blamed me that i thought the cake tasted that way and wasn't bad at all Extremely poor behaviour from the owner. I'm extremely sorry but you're going to loose more and business in the days to come Your behaviour and over-all qualities of cakes and other thing will leave customers to other places The price is not worth the taste All in all i gotta about this place is 'Much Ado About Nothing' Worse and worse Don't go there.
