Veerji malai chaap wale mayur vihar phase-1 — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently visit this place, first of all nobody was there to take order, then after calling 3 times one boy came outside i ordered two types of chaap , one lemon and other was malai chaap. They took almost 20 mins to prepare. Let me tell you this was the worst ever chaap that i ate. There was no cream in malai chaap it was smelling like old and street sauce smell. When i try lemon literally there was no lemon, i felt so disappointed, these untrained boys are working and ruining the image of Brand. Nobody was there in restaurant where i can share this experience so that they can improve this. I especially request them to cook well aa i was ordering for my son. This was such a horrible experience of my life as i m fond of chaap. I want to draw attention to owner whom i paid for this to look after this matter. Dont serve such a tasteless and poor quality...

Don't ever order any mojitos from there they literally prepare by adding sugar in the water and add some low quality flavored syrup in it and literally a coke is better option than that don't ever order mojitos from here and the afghani chaap will also taste sour ,I have left another review also but the owner just denied it yes the food was ok but we said that before we tasted the mojitos and please we can't shout while eating because we don't want to ruin our evening....please accept that you don't know how to make mojitos and please your mojitos quality and yes crystal sugar is not added in the mojitos the sugary taste is given by high quality syrup and soda also goes in the mojitos it is not only made with water ... kindly remove it from the menu if you don't know...

Placed on order for takeaway and when I reached there 30 minutes later the order was still not ready. When I asked the staff to turn on the AC while waiting he just refused to do so. Don’t even bother to respond. After constantly asking he turned on but it never worked. I later requested if we could dine in rather than takeaway but the staff said he doesn’t have time and cannot serve us. Then why even have a dine in option? Extremely disgusting in terms of hygiene. Don’t be a slave to your tongue and eat in this place. Everything is horrible except...
