However, I was disappointed to find that the restaurant was not open, despite the posted opening hours indicating it should have been.

Furthermore, I noticed that another 0 Degree location nearby (nirman vihar)was indeed open at the same time, which is confusing and misleading. This inconsistency in your opening hours and the inability to access the advertised offers have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with your service.

Very bad customer service. Once the manager alots a table, the staff has the odacity to ask you to vacate the table for another customer as they didn't like the table alloted to them. Ironically they were given a table for 3 since they were 3 people but they wanted a bigger table so the server asked us to move to the table of 3 even when he knew that we were 4 people.
