I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a very unpleasant and concerning experience that my family and I had after visiting your hotel recently.

On 21st September, it was my birthday, and to make the day special, my family decided to celebrate the occasion at your hotel. We had heard good reviews about zaika Hotel and wanted to enjoy a nice evening together. The staff was polite, and the atmosphere was welcoming, which initially made our celebration feel memorable.

However, the following day, all of us started feeling unwell. Each family member who had eaten the food at your hotel developed stomach issues and sickness. This was extremely upsetting, as what was supposed to be a joyful and happy memory of my birthday turned into a stressful experience for the entire family.

Food safety and hygiene are very important, especially in a place where so many families and customers come to dine. We believe there may have been an issue with either the preparation or the quality of the food served on that day. Such an incident not only affects health but also damages the trust customers place in your establishment.

I request you to kindly take this matter seriously and investigate how this could have happened. It is important to check the quality and freshness of the food being served so that no other family has to go through the same experience. We also hope you will ensure stricter hygiene measures and food safety checks in the future.

"I recently visited Zaika Foods at Daryaganj, and I must say it was one of the most delightful dining experiences I’ve had in Delhi. The ambiance was welcoming, the food was authentic and full of rich flavors, and the overall hospitality truly made the experience memorable.

A very special mention goes to waiter Mohd. Mukhtar, whose service was simply outstanding. Right from greeting us with warmth to patiently explaining the menu, he made sure we felt comfortable and guided us with excellent suggestions. The dishes he recommended turned out to be absolutely delicious and enhanced our overall experience. His professionalism, polite behavior, and attention to detail made us feel valued as guests.

Ordered today Chilli chicken and Chicken kabab... such a pathetic taste. Chicken chilli is such hard that i never expected this taste from such a fake restaurant, They served Chinese food but they made something else out of it lol very unexpressed professionals they are

This restaurant doesn't even know what is Chicken seekh kabab and how to make it and serving this to innocent people. One thing they did well is they used Desi ghee to make Chicken seekh kabab but kind of keema they use is not made properly as they completely blended chicken in grinder into fine bhajia or pakora like consistency so that Chicken fibres got destroyed completely. Completely disappointed...
