ZOCA Cafe — Restaurant in Delhi

I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Me and my friend had a pathetic experience at this place. First of all the they need to put some lighting on the stare case. No front of house desk for enquiries. When we directly walked in they asked us to choose a table and provided the menu. My friend had seen a special platter on Instagram which was claimed to be their most budget friendly option however it was no where mentioned on their menu. When we asked the server about the same he told that it's not available anymore and we were fine with it and started to look for other options in the menu to place our order. When we were about to place our order, we were told by a different server that their entire cafe is booking for a private birthday party (Though the birthday party was already going on separately and there were empty tables.) We saw that apart from that party, there were 2-3 tables where people were being served however we were told that we have to wait till 7 PM and we can only have a take away right now. There was clearly a change in behavior of the staff after we asked them about the platter which they were claiming on Instagram to be their most budget friendly option. This is clearly a discrimination by the staff and first time in my life that i have had such a situation at any place. Okay so I would like to share first that ambience was good and no parking space is available. Now I would like to share my weird experience I had here , i decided to go zoca cafe because I saw a reel on insta which went Viral due to a platter they were providing, now it was reserved by a family for a birthday party i guess on the same day but there was no "RESERVED" sign was put on so we went inside they provided sitting and menu too. Soon after we asked about the platter their employee said they are not serving it anymore. We were fine by it and decided to order food from the menu and soon after another employee came and told us that they are reserved for today by 7 pm so they won't be able to serve us but we can order takeaway, now the weird part is that other two tables on left and right were getting served without any problem. So I don't know what got into them but that okay . the only thing is that they should have put a sign or informed us in the very beginning that they are reserved. Soon after we asked about platter they acted weird. I didn't get a chance to taste food. It was the first time I got sitting...

I visited Zoca Krishna Outlet on 23rd May 2024. My experience was worst .

Firstly, the restaurant was very untidy and I will say poor cleanliness standards were maintained.

Secondly, there were big rats in the restaurants.

Third, they forced us to drink paid water and charged 10/- per water bottle whose mrp was 6/-. When we asked to serve us normal RO water, they denied to provide us. Saying that RO is not there. How can a restaurant force the customer to have paid water??

Fourth, the service took long time even there were hardly any crowd as it was Thursday. I really doubt how would they manage the service on a weekend??

Fifth, the food was super spicy and salty( we ordered chilli planner and chilli garlic noodles) . Although we gave the instructions while placing the order for less spices in the food.

I have been to Zoca Café in Indirapuram Habitat centre and Spectrum Mall, Noida. But the quality of food, service and the overall experience was amazing. But this outlet is just not at par and putting the brand name...
