Hotel Ambika NX is that one friend who says, I’m pure veg but still manages to party harder than all the non-veg joints combined.
Walk in and you're greeted by waiters who are friendlier than your relatives during the wedding buffet. The place has that "AC chalu hai, but heart garam hai" vibe. The menu? Oh, it's like a romantic novel full of spicy drama, creamy plot twists, and happy endings with gulab jamun.
Their Paneer Butter Masala deserves its own fan page. Rich, creamy, and with so much butter it probably skipped gym its whole life. The naan? So soft it could double as a baby blanket — if babies were into carbs.
And don't even get me started on their South Indian section. The dosa is so crispy it could be used as a shield in a Marvel movie, while the sambhar hits your soul like an emotional monsoon scene in a Bollywood film.
Service? Quick enough to make you wonder if they’ve installed a secret teleportation machine between the kitchen and your table. Prices? Decent enough that your wallet will high-five you later.
Also, special shoutout to their Chinese section. It’s not really Chinese, but it is tasty. Schezwan rice will set your tongue on fire and make your eyes leak in a good, emotional-masala-movie kind of way.
In short: Ambika NX is where your taste buds go to take a vacation and never want to return.

Read moreWe had ordered onion rava masala dosa and Mysore masala dosa. Mysore masala dosa was just okay like it's sambhar. Chutney too was watery and tasteless.
I think they can improve the taste of their chutney, sambhar and dosa 's masala as well. Since it is a South Indian hotel, I expect better quality from them.
We ordered ginger tea but were given pre-made normal tea. We again requested for a fresh cup of ginger tea but again got served the same normal tea. Such a small request of adding ginger to our tea was also denied. I still wonder why they couldn't serve a freshly prepared ginger tea even after we specifically ordered for it the second time. Very...
