Hotel Shree Satkar — Restaurant in Dombivali

This place is with Good food but is served with extreme arrogance behaviour of the people working here as waiters and cherry on the top is that this kinda behavior is totally completely encouraged by the owners of its restaurant I am not in habit of writing reviews but as today I am down with fever cold cough I thought of having food in some good place as my whole day was packed with zoom meet so was tired of cooking for myself so I chose to go to this restaurant which is best famous for the sea food but also serves the vegetarian, so I requested this boy who serves there about the kombdi vade so he got annoyed and took the menu in his hands and banged at my face and showed me the picture of that dish and I happened to ask him for his wrong and arrogant behaviour and also tried to notify to the owners sitting and just watching his scene and later on also he guy wasn't corrected of his ugly behaviour earlier I used to recommend this place to my nonveg eating friends but now it's big no for life time as such kinda of small embarrassments have happened with...

Love for fish always brings me here.. I love their fish fry. Be it surmai, prawns, rawas, mandeli or pomfret! And the service was alao very quick earlier. But today m very Disappointed with the staff and the service we got.we sat ther for 10 mins n know one even acknowledged us. Wen we ourselves asked for menu card, he literally threw it on ur table.we were surprised to see his gesture. But we were too hungry so ignoring him we ordered our food. The waiter looked so confused. We gt our food after 35 mins whereas earlier it used to be within 10 15mins. He jumbled up the order giving us chicken instead of fish.we had ordered fish thali with komdiwade..he gt one extra plate of kombdiwade which we asked him to take back as we wanted bhakri/amboli to which he said only vade n chapati are available. After sometime he served bhakris to our adjacent table n wen we asked for it, he said they r available.. Earlier he gave us wrong info just bcz he dint want to rectify his error.. Went there with lot of hopes after reading positive reviews (probably they had an odd day off)

The starters : 1.) Surmai fry - fresh and tasty 2.) Halwa fry - fresh, soft and tasty 3.) Stuff pomfret fry - the fish was stale

The main course was disappointing. Crab masala was with thin gravy - which didn't taste great. There was separate gravy given, which was also not quite good.

Fish Koshimbir - it was mix of multiple fishes and they tried to finish off all their stale inventory here. Definite stay away. They added lot of salt to compensate for stale fish.

Their Wade was good, infact very good.

I would like to believe they had an odd day today, but I don't think I will try this...
