Worst Restaurant ever, only the restaurant looks good from outside, one you go inside there is no proper system, the waiter will come to you in 10-15 mins and they get extremely rude if you call them twice or thrice as they will be paying the bills for our food, i have ordered cheese pav bhaji which was okish as it came after 30 mins of my order, secondly i have ordered paneer tikka biryani and boondi raita , boondi raita was very salty when we addressed the issue what they did is they mixed water in boondi raita and gave us, secondly paneer tikka biryani was not at a paneer tikka biryani, it was more like a panner pulav, they masala was of pulav even the rice was of pulav, i know how panner tikka looks like, no gavy no coating on paneer it was a bland paneer which you can even see in photos as it is damn visible, when we addressed the issue to the restaurant they said that it is paneer tikka biryani when we knew that they know it is not because we insisted them to taste it and tell us that it really is panner tikka biryani or they gave us the wrong order, they said they will change the order and what they did is they when and mixed water and biryani masala to it and they bought it, after their "getting us new biryani" it was looking like a khichdi because i haven't ate any biryani having soo much water content in it, i won't be visiting again in this restaurant for sure even i highly recommended you not to visit this place if you want to have good food and save your money , they have different level of attitude and they know behave very rude and give anything to eat like they pay for us Thankyou and...

I regret to express my disappointment with the recent dining experience at Rasranjan Restaurant. Despite placing an order comprising soups, biryani, and paneer tikka starters, the service was notably deficient.

After an unacceptably prolonged wait of 45 minutes, I approached a waiter to inquire about the delay, only to be met with dismissive and impolite remarks regarding the expected wait time. When the order eventually arrived, it was not served by the waiter but distributed amongst ourselves, further underscoring the lack of attentiveness from the staff.

The situation worsened when, mid-meal, another waiter proceeded to switch off the fan and commence sweeping, causing a disturbance and raising concerns about hygiene. When I brought this to the attention of management, I was met with a similar disregard for customer satisfaction, with responses suggesting a nonchalant attitude towards basic cleanliness standards.

Of particular concern is the evident lack of segregation between tasks, as it appears that the same individual responsible for table maintenance is also involved in food service. This glaring oversight poses serious implications for hygiene and food safety practices within the establishment.

In light of these alarming observations, I feel compelled to caution potential patrons against patronizing Rasranjan Restaurant. Such disregard for customer service and hygiene standards is unacceptable and indicative of systemic issues within the establishment.

Very Bad and bitter experience. I wish i had recorded the arrogant behaviour of the staff and the manager. Visited the restaurant with my 8 month kid and wife after a tiresome day in shopping. We placed the luggage and we had to change the diaper s for the little one and we asked for the wash room and they guided us. Then i was shocked to see one tiny small washroom where even one cannot fit. Then there was no dustbin placed inside to put the changed diaper. When asked the staff we got an arrogant response that there wont be any dustbin in the restaurant at all and they were told to do so and asked where to drop the diaper and got the response that i cant say anything about it. You have to take care of it. I had to go out and throw it in the dustbin on the road. We rushed to the manager only to find even more arrogant response that " We dont keep dustbin anywhere especially in washroom as people throw tissues and garbage in the dustbin. I asked about in the case of infants and ladies when they were in emergency and they need dustbin to throw the trash which cannot be taken outside in the middle. There is no answer and he stopped responding. Dustbin is a basic essential for any outdoor space which is open to public . Especially a restaurant.

The restaurant is not kid friendly as they dont have kids dining chair and over the top expensive menu with bland taste . We ordered schezwan fried rice only to find out no spice and taste.

It was overall a worst experience and wouldn't recommend anyone to this place.
