If you’re in Gandhinagar and craving authentic Gujarati snacks, Das Khaman in kudasan is a go-to spot. The flavors are as real as it gets—soft, spongy khaman, spicy tam tam variety, and a unique sandwich dhokla that layers textures beautifully. I also tried the patra, and it didn’t disappoint—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and true to its roots. The place is simple, with minimal seating, but it’s all about quick service and consistently good food. It’s ideal for a quick bite or takeaway when you’re on the move.
While the ambiance is nothing fancy, the focus here is on delivering traditional taste with speed and efficiency. For anyone exploring local eats in the city, Das Khaman offers a slice of Gujarati flavor you shouldn’t miss.
