For instance, when delivering bottled water, they would hand it directly to me instead of placing it neatly on the designated surface, which felt quite careless.
Similarly, when I opened the door to receive coffee and tea sachets, they were handed directly to me rather than being arranged thoughtfully on a tray. This lack of attention to detail diminished the overall experience, making it feel more like a budget hotel than a place that could truly cater to its guests.
Considering the prices charged, which are quite steep for a city like Gandhinagar, the level of service falls significantly short of expectations. I requested a few additional coffee powder packets (4 to be exact), which were supposed to be complimentary. However, instead of providing them as requested, the staff insisted I purchase them. They brought me 20 packets unnecessarily and charged me INR 175, despite the actual cost being just INR 2 per packet (a total of INR 4 for what I needed).
This incident reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management. Such behavior shows a lack of understanding of customer service and creates a negative impression of the property. It is not about the money; it’s about the principle of fair and transparent service.
I had chosen this property based on a friend’s recommendation, but after this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overcharging for minor requests and prioritizing profit over guest satisfaction is unacceptable. I urge the management to review this matter and take corrective measures to ensure other guests do not face similar issues in the future.

In particular, I would like to express my appreciation for Mr. Sumit Kumar Pandey, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Mr. Pandey's warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. He took the time to understand our preferences, provided excellent recommendations from the menu, and ensured that every course was served with care and precision.
