Oliver's Pizza (Kudasan) — Restaurant in Gandhinagar

We 3 friends visited here yesterday (13/08/22) at 2 pm. The restaurant had only 3 tables occupied on the right side section. There was loud music playing in the background hence we wanted to dine in the left section of the restro on which every table had been placed with name plated reserved. We insisted the manager to let us dine there as there were more than 10 tables empty. At first, he told that it was reserved by someone but we told them that we would get up if that happens so he allowed us to dine on the table which was nearer to the public passage which no one would prefer to sit, however to settle there. The manager's tone and attitude was not at customer friendly and he sounded distant. All 3 of us felt disappointed at that point due to which I decided to leave a star less. On the second part, I went to use the washroom, but to my shock it had a broken latch due to which you can't lock the door from inside. It was a complete disaster if you refer to this basic amenity.

About the food part, the appetizers were quite good if compared to other unlimited Pizza restaurants. What disappointed me was the wraps and BBQs. The paneer cubes were quite stiff when consumed and were undesirable. Alongside, the wraps were so small that it felt alike spring rolls or even smaller than that. Some of the wraps didn't even had any filling in it. Upon request, they took more than 20 mins to fill each bowl. Noodles, Manchurian, Rice were quite delicious according to me. Also, they next batch of wraps and BBQs were also fresh and tasty and we complained about the quality. Even we had Thai veg soup which was absolutely delicious. Also, the french fries were quite crispy and had great taste. The pizzas were very delicious and soft as if they cooked it with quality.

Lastly, we found that one table on the left section was occupied with the staff themselves as they dined in. So, I felt that they lied us to not let us sit in the left section by keeping reserved name plates on the table. The management of the restro itself is bogus and distant with customers.

If they were to take of the above said negative points, it would've been a 5 star...

Successful Disaster.

Absolute waste of money and mood. The restaurant claimed to offer a vast variety of food- Indian, Chinese and Italian (ofcourse). They had 3-4 varieties of cold pasta, 2 types of noodles, french fries, 2 dressings, salad and paneer. None of the starters were good. They offered 2 mocktail options. Kala khatta and Orange, both of them were diluted cold drink with salt-masala added to it. They also offered cold drinks- which sounds nice, but the drinks were all fizzed out- tasted simply like sugary drinks. They had 1 garlic bread and 4 pizzas- Margherita pizza (had no sauce on the base), garlic veg pizza (had paneer and lot of garlic), puff base pizza (the base was falling apart and under cooked) and cheese burst (there was no cheese in the base). The indian and Chinese main course was worse than what people get in their hostel mess. The sabzi gravy was completely watery and the roti was undercooked. One of the sabzi even had an odour.

Good food items include- French Fries, brownie and tandoori paneer starter.

The counters were very unhygienic. Even drinking water was unclean and tasted funny. The restaurant is low on staff and has difficulty serving all the tables at...

It was good and bad experiance. Good thing is that all cold snacks/salads taste good. Soup were not so great and mocktail were so sweet to make you full. They basically serve cold drink thousand times to make you full faster. Also pizza comes after long time. Also we got onion bread not a garlic bread which has 2-3 green chilli (lavingya chill) spiciest one that we had to drink at least half glass cold drink. There was green spicy chilli in 2 types of pizza as well. Whenever you eat bite with that small green chilli, you are gone...you will have to forget pizza and find a cold drink. I compained them that jalapeno is pizza that not "lavingiya marcha". Kids were literally coughing for some miniutes after taking bite with that chill mistakenly.

Basically there mindset is to give make you full with cold drink. They also keep us waiting after serving one slice of pizza so that you will not eat more. I have been to other unlimited pizza, they all serve one after other so hot. Desert were not so good, chocolate cake were smelling like somthing weird. Totally waster except those...
