Papa Louis Pizza Kudasan - A Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Papa Louis Pizza in Kudasan with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First off, the salad was overwhelmingly salty. It was nearly inedible and left us reaching for our water glasses after every bite. It seemed like the chef had been overly generous with the salt shaker, completely masking any fresh flavors the salad might have had.

The pizza was another letdown. It was bad in taste, lacking any distinctive flavor or quality ingredients. To make matters worse, it was served lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for too long before reaching our table. A pizza place should at least get the basics right, but Papa Louis failed in this regard. Thanks they have put kela wafers and other snacks to eat.

Finally, the cold drinks were totally dull. They were flat and lacked the refreshing fizz you'd expect. It felt like we were drinking beverages that had been open for days.

Overall, Papa Louis Pizza Kudasan was a disappointing experience. With so many other dining options available, I won't be returning here...

Very disappointing experience at Papa Louie’s Pizza.

I visited the restaurant around 9:30 PM, well before the listed closing time of 11:00 PM, but most items—especially the salad—were already finished. When I politely asked about it, the staff responded rudely and simply said, "It's closing time." That’s not acceptable for a restaurant open for another 90 minutes.

The pizza quality was very poor—cold, soggy, and lacked flavor.

The tomato soup tasted old, almost like it was made 2 days ago.

To make things worse, the power went out for over 40 minutes, and there was no generator or backup option.

The staff behavior was unprofessional and showed no interest in helping or listening to feedback.

If you're looking for a good dining experience, I would not recommend this place based on the poor service and food quality I experienced. Overall, a terrible experience. ❌ Rude Staff:Forget a warm welcome. The staff here acts like they're doing you a favor by letting you eat their questionable food. They ignore requests, roll their eyes at questions, and basically make you feel like you're intruding.

Stale Everything:Sure, they have a lot of dishes, but the quantity is pitiful, and the quality is even worse. We're talking stale fries, rock-hard pizza (seriously, I chipped a tooth!), and pasta that's been sitting out for who knows how long.

Manager Meltdown: When I politely pointed out the, well, everything, the manager decided to insult my taste buds instead of addressing the issues. Apparently, I don't know good food because I dared to complain about a thin crust pizza that could double as a weapon.
