Had one more five star experience today when we visited it with relatives visiting us from the USA. ------+++++++---------- Excellent experience at The President Lounge. It is a uniquely located restaurant in Sector 1, Gandhinagar just overlooking the Talaav Garden, Surajyot. The restaurant is a 100% vegetarian outlet and boasts of serving "natural soulful food". The menu is a great variety of dishes, right from starters to main course dishes. I only had the lime and coriander soup, which was a good soup, just the right temperature and good flavorful experience. Not very spicy (read hot or chilli) but a nice blend of taste and filling. The ambience is really good. It has a full dine in air-conditioned restaurant and a terrace deck as also some semi open-air seating. Really classy and elegant. Really appreciated the mouth fresher (mukhwas) in a small ziplock bag with toothpick. Very nice and hygienic. Excellent service too. Of course it was a regular weekday early evening time. I am told it is full up on weekends. Must visit again soon...

One of the rising cafes in Gandhinagar with prime location and continuous music system. It is situated just close to Lake of sector 1 which makes it a more attractive cafe for young generations. Here they also serve good quality food and service standards for customers. You can spend time with your friends and colleagues here with a nice view of the sky and enjoy the food with music. On weekends they also have live concert type arrangements too.

I love the food of this place but it has the worst management I’ve ever seen. Took my 7 colleagues for lunch there and one of my colleagues was observing fast so he brought his lunch from home and they didn’t allow him to eat the outside food. The MANAGER was VERY RUDE to us. I’ve been there many times earlier and didn’t expect this kind of worse hospitality from the staff. My colleagues were really upset and they decided to leave the restaurant without taking the lunch and it was VERY VERY EMBARRASSING for me. THIS KIND OF HOSPITALITY IS REALLY...
