Worthless food and disgusting service. The waiters seemed to ovveride the order we were placing with their useless suggestions - coudn't understand when we were suggested to eat idly instead of vada - according to them it was better. It seemed that the waiters were acting as salesmen and trying to sell what they had rather than what the customers wanted from the menu. The family right next to us were also complaining for being served out of date food which had fowl smell; the couple behind us was complaining for being served something else than what they ordered. For us the waiter didn't note down one item we ordered and later told us that we didn't order it at all. Food was overly priced and tasteless - it seems to us that lots of money was being spent on marketing and bought out reviews - which was ultimately being recovered from overly charging the customers than what food is worth. Better...

I wish I could give them minus reviews . Not the quality food for their hefty prices . 300 rs spring dosa they give you plain dosa crisp and raw vegetables...that too not stuffed properly.. And argue that, they are fresh vegetables..so far I haven't eaten such dosa with raw vegetables and plain crisp. They are rude, don't give any customer satisfaction any value.. Wouldn't go ever... And infocity gandhinagar sankalp people their manager ,rude waiters alll need class on customer service and hospitality.. Pathetic. Food and staff . Dear sankalpa, please mention and tell this to people who you are serving, that there's dosa with uncooked/ raw vegetables. All the good restaurants claim to use fresh vegetables only.. mention fresh uncooked/ raw/ not sauted vegetables And see how many people order this.. ! You might have so called experience, train...

Sankalp the taste of South. As per name suggests this restaurant is famous for South Indian dishes. Ambience was good and nicely interior as per their space. Overall good utilization of space.

Now we come to the main part of the restaurant taste, it was not that great as per their name and price. You can get much good south Indian dishes in stalls specially near to TCS area.

Not happy with their service they serve in broken dishes and after telling to them even they not replace our dish.

Different chatni's and sambhar was good. We are in group of six person they offer just one sambhar bowl and that bowl not enough for us to serve even 5 person. After telling to them they are not offer 2nd bowl to us.

Finally comes to their pricing of dish. All dishes are over priced.
