Worst Experience I Ever Had, Food Quality Not Well Most of Time, Some Staff Members Behave Very Rude!

After gaining some popularity, now they have started behaving arrogantly and rudely. no doubt earlier it's a nice place to eat and sit.

The reception person is very rude, Maybe he was the manager. his attitude was like he wants us to eat quickly and leave the table early so that he can arrange the table for the next customer. and he talks rudely in a angry tone. behaves like we eat free food there.

At the time of payment, he said very angrily that you should have asked about the payment mode before sitting here. Like cash or online etc... "His Exact Word's:- pehle puch ke bethna chahiye tha ab payment karo or niklo yaha se" I can see there is QR on the table also, I came five-six times before and I knew they were accepting online payments. So why should I ask someone there for payment mode while entering in the restaurant?

There is also no board to ask about payment mode. And there are so many restaurants in Gandhinagar that no one is doing like this in terms of payment mode.

If there was a any board/notice to ask something, I would have definitely asked first.

I have questions in general that why they refuse to pay online and behave rudely..... Is there any benefit to them for paying in cash or not paying online?

*The quality of the food is also very poor...

It's one of the popular hotel in Gandhinagar. It doesn't serve a-la-carte (choose individual food item from menu and order). It has two types of buffet lunch and dinner options: one is Gujarati Thali and other is south Indian Thali. In both options you can have unlimited quantity of food. In Gujarati plate, it typically have two curry, chapati (Indian bread), rice, daal (lunch), kadhi-khichdi (dinner), buttermilk and salads. In South Indian, it typically has idli, dosa, vada, chatni, sambhar. The chapati (roti) is good, like home-made. Price is not high. The hotel appears to be clean and moderately hygienic. I recommend it because the it doesn't have junk food...

This restaurant is good for Gujarati.. nice restaurant.. looking good.. taste is also. Good.. it's serves two types of combo 1. Gujarati unlimited South Indian unlimited Price gujrati thali is 90rs and other 130 RS. In gujrati thali 3 types of subji bhakhri or roti kadhi khichadi salad one type sweet such as Shira vada samosa bread pakoda khaman and papad and chhas.. etc.. In south dishes.. 4 types of dhosa mendu vada Idli sambhar chutney uttapan etc.. the taste of thali is good. Service is also good and fast.. location of hotel is good..have a small parking in front of hotel..it also have parcel Service.. overall good...
