The Jungle Joy Restaurant — Restaurant in Gandhinagar

Restaurant theme is good, but the management is very bad and they are fraud too. We went 11 people, Once we reached their, there were not proper sitting arrangements that, we can sit comfortably and air conditioning system is also not working properly. Staff was very low, and we had to wait around 1:45 hours for only proper sitting arrangements. Staff is also not clarifying the menu, we had asked for Unlimited, 1st they will tell in 300 RS you will get all things Unlimited, after billing time they are telling this things are not included in Unlimited so, you have to pay this much. They are fraud and you can get more better food at other places. They ruined our celebration too.

I am recommending to not to go this restaurant, they will ruined your celebration and mood both. Very poor service, fraud and food is okay not...

First the best part. Service is awesome. Satff is courteous, enthusiastic and helpful. Food is decent. Recommendation by staff is also helpful.

Not so good is furniture. They have not spent any amount on furniture. The restaurant is on jungle theme, so at first glance it looks chairs/ benches and tables are made of solid wood, but alas, it's just camouflaged painting over cheap plastic furniture. Also, since the restaurant is located in old building, the entrance is narrow and conjusted.

The vibe and environment of this restaurant is completely different, and amazing. The theme is of a jungle, it hosts a waterfall show-piece different animal masks showpiece above each table the lights are usually dim the sound of birds chirping or forest sounds are played as music which is very soothing instead of a normal table and chairs, the have kind of wooden benches and table. the food is very good and affordable they have indoor as well as open dining facilities. the open dining is a roof top dining area as well. the staff is polite and...
