Deepanshu Restaurant — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I would rate my experience with the restaurant as third class. We wanted to order Gobhi Manchurian, but when we asked the waiter to assure that the Gobhi used , should be clean and free of insects, he told us to change the order instead. However, the ordered article i.e. Honey Chilli Potato was loaded with sugar and quite downgraded in terms of the taste. They had used a heavy coating of corn floor and maida. But the worst part was with Main Course. We ordered Garlic Naan, Stuffed Naan, Navratan Korma and Paneer Do Pyaja. The Stuffed Naan was a simple naan soaked in Oil and had traces of Paneer here and there. When we asked the waiter to change it, he did but to our surprise, the same naan was delivered to us. The Paneer Do Pyaja had stale Paneer which tasted really bad. Navratan Korma had a bland taste , literally no taste. We had to cancel the Paneer Do Pyaja. The most unfortunate thing with the restaurant was its customer service. All the waiters looked quite arrogant and talked in the same fashion. After paying bill, when I went to make a complaint regarding the low quality of food, one of the managers told me “ sir, aap na aana iske baad,agar aapko problem hai to” . Why Deepanshu Restaurant: First of all, I would like to share that, why I am recommending this place. As Deepanshu Restaurant is providing services since 2002. And I am eating its food since 2012. So in a decade, I noticed the tests/Quality/Quantity of food is same. I think, this is trusted place in budget for quality and delicious food. I am vegetarian, so I tried mostly items in the menu. However, I would like to recommend here few are as Dum Allo Kashmiri, Daal Makhni, Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala and many more. I love ❤️ all.

Some point, as need to Improvement: This restaurant has limited sitting capacity and over the weekend it’s almost full. Sometimes you need to wait for the space. suggestion here, you should think to accept the seat revisions concept.

Seating space is not so modern and spacious, it is somewhere feels congested. I can understand the reason behind it and which is justified.

Home delivery, time is appointment 45 to 60 minutes and some times over the weekend it goes beyond 60 minutes. I think it is long time duration to deliver the food. I hope I covered all important...

I used to visit this place from my childhood, i also place my child first birthday in deepanshu, my now a its service & service staff is getting worse. One day i go to there for dinner with my wife and 2 yr old child, i noticed that some staff ( service person) getting irritating because of my child, i fell very bad , and another time i visited with my family and friends first we only order noddles , i noticed the staff behaviour was not appropriate because i order a small thing i asked the waiter when did we get our order, he said( 20 minute time lagta hai )with a very rude tone i did not like it at all , there was other customer on our side table they order many kinds of item i noticed that same waiter tone and talking style was totally different and very nice with them its mean your staff decide there behaviour according to they size of order given . Very disappointed by deepanshu for such a disgusting behaviour by the staff, after that day i dont want to go deepanshu resturant anymore.
