I have been going to this place since 3 years now..food is good, reasonably priced, place provides decent ambience...however, inspite of these factors, yesterday was my last visit to this place! I have seen a constant deterioration in it's customer service over the period. The staff is highly rude with no sense of courtsey or service. The management/ owners have left it for staff and waiters to run the show who in turn have high egos and hot heads. orders not being served 30-40, no reason or explanation shared with guest even after repeated enquiries, no water is served to the new set of guests, takes about 15 mins to even grab attention of a staff member to request water or to place order. After all this, if anyone complains, they may cancel their order and leave, no one will apologize or request to stay. I have experienced all this yesterday, partly with me and partly with couple of other families.
