I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Domino's Sector 62. I placed an order, and both the manager, Rajneesh, and the delivery boy, Krishna, were unprofessional and unhelpful.

Firstly, after the delivery boy arrived at the building, he stopped responding to my calls. I had to wait for over an hour before he showed up with my order, which was already late. When I contacted the manager, Rajneesh, to express my frustration, he was completely uncooperative and rudely told me, "Do whatever you want to do, I am not doing anything." This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

The lack of accountability and basic courtesy is shocking. I will think twice before ordering from Domino's again, especially from this location, and would advise others to be cautious when considering...

Disappointed with My Recent Domino's Order

I recently ordered a pizza from Domino's but unfortunately had a very bad experience. I received the wrong pizza and was charged a higher price than what was shown in my order. To make things worse, the delivery boy forced me to pay the full amount according to his bill, which did not match my original bill.

When I tried to contact customer care for help, the executives were not cooperative or helpful. They did not respond properly and didn’t resolve the issue.

We ordered two pizza for dinein (4th september 2023) and there is something seriously wrong with this outlet Bad food (this was the only thing we ate out yesterday)nadn since yesterday night both of us having stomachache. The guy didn't gave us bill, first he said you'll get it with pizza but even then he didn't gave the bill.
