I had a terrible experience at the KW6, Rajnagar Extension store on 23rd January 2025 at 8:30 PM. We received our order only after reminding the staff twice. The pizza tasted so bad and sour that we couldn’t finish it. Additionally, the billing process was highly unprofessional. The cashier, wearing a red T-shirt, did not provide us with a bill. When asked, he stated, ‘Mere sare orders sir delete ho jaayenge’ and asked us to pay via his personal Paytm account—this is a serious violation of standard billing procedures.

Even after repeated requests, he suggested taking a screenshot of the touchpad instead of providing an official bill. The screen shot has only items that we have ordered , in actual pay now button was not clicked by him.The POS employee, Savan Kumar, displayed unprofessional behaviour, and the shift manager seemed clueless about ongoing orders. There were no proper greetings for customers, and the same unprofessional billing process was being followed with other customers in front of us.

This Domino's outlet is an absolute disgrace. Not only are the orders always late, but when they finally arrive—after over an hour—it’s like they pulled the food out of the trash. My order was incomplete, cold, and drier than cardboard. It looked like it was sitting there for hours. And to top it off, their fake customer support replies are just a joke—they paste the same robotic apology every time and never fix anything. This place shouldn't even be allowed to operate. Worst service ever! I placed an order for pizza, and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I tried calling the store multiple times, but the phone was unreachable, and there was no alternative way to contact customer support. This is extremely frustrating.
