Staff is rude beyond measure. Asking for anything in the menu invites weired looks. Most of staff looks drunk after 8pm and staff often exchange bad words and sarcastic words with customer in the confidence that customer are so enticed or is so dying to eat Domino's that they won't complain. Most of offers like one with unlimited refills though in menu isn't offered by outlet because they themselves presumbly take it out for their family or for themselves but not for customers at any costs. Pizza quality is pathetic, stale dough without any noticeable taste but still this outlet runs just on one thing that Domino's has confidence that customer in dire need to pizza would come here. My take is food and safety department should sometime visit this outlet and explore variety of fungus, mosquitos they have developed to infect customers along with their सरकारी theka attitude.

Read moreI’ve been ordering from this outlet since past one year. Must have ordered over 6/7 times. I’ve always had a bad experience with this place. Pizzas taste very flat - no taste or flavour. I don’t know if it is just me or this outlet is really that bad, but since I’ve been ordering from here I’ve lost in interest in pizzas. Today I’d ordered the unthinkable pizza and then I get a call that the topping for it isn’t available, so they send a replacement - veg extravaganza. Considering it to be a pizza prized at a premium one would expect a good experience but what I get is a very tasteless, flavour less pizza. It was on the way under 10 mins of ordering, which I am not sure is a good thing or bad. I’ve never had any pizza prepared in less than 10 minutes and it makes me wonder whether they send out stale pizzas or something. Very bad experience. Dominos management...
Read moreWorst outlet, there is only one customer and we were the second one in the store, they gave us a wait time of 1hr, because they had to deliver orders received from online first. So Domino's has no value for the walkin customer as you can simply ask them to go by giving such long wait time even when there is no crowd in the store. Worst staff. No value for customer. In today's digital marketing it is important to provide good service to online customer bcz you can't say no to them. And it is very easy to say no to the customer who is visiting you as he will not go anywhere as per your perception. If in vacant store you have to ask your customer to wait for 1hr then better to shut the store for walkin customer and run business with online...
