Gola Sizzlers Rdc — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

This is a place which should be definitely be avoided. Right from the time you enter this restaurant to the exit nothing seems to be working. Let me start from beginning : Parking : No authorized or safe parking arrangement, you have to park on other side of the road. Families with kids needs to be extra cautions. Though wallet parking exist, but the same is not professional enough to be trusted with your car Ambiance : Well at best it is doable, but definitely accident prone, read on to understand . The second floor indoor restaurant does not have ample moving space for the waiter. A hotel which serve sizzlers and not having moving space for waiters is very dangerous. Service : We were 9 people and 2 kids. The service is pathetic. It took them 10-15 mins to serve water, while the restaurant was empty that time. For everything we have to ask at least 3-4 times. The waiters were also not professional. Our tomato soup never arrived even after 4-5 reminders. The waiters were not able to serve the sizzlers properly as well. The way they were serving sizzlers from behind instead of side, making the whole process accident prone Food: Now this is the most interesting part. The call it sizzlers, however , they are no more than saute vegetables on a sizzler plate. We order 4 sizzlers, honey chilli potato and 1 tandoori platter. All of them were 95% same with 5% difference, post serving them, even waiter was not able to name of each of them. Though we were very clear at the time of order that tandoori platter and honey chilli potato should not be spicy, but still they were very spicy. Thus kids ended up hungry. The taste of the "sizzler" was pathetic. These sizzlers were not even remotely same as those served in CP Bill : Well they added the items which we never ordered and also added charges for 1/2 soup over and above the soup charges. These charges were not mentioned on the menu and neither were called out at the time of order.

While RdC has come up with number of good options, we wonder as to why we visited this...

Hello Everyone Today I want to share one incident with you guys.....today I went to Gola Sizzlers,kavi nagar ghaziabad for dinner. We ordered some snacks n soups..we were enjoying and my 3.5 year old daughter enjoying soup n chitchat...after sometime time she asked me for glass of water. While she was drinking water in few seconds the glass gets broken in her mouth..I got shocked n stunned to saw glass pieces in her mouth. I asked her not to swallow the water and said to spit her and then again a small piece of glass came out of her mouth. When we told to the waiter he said may be child has hold it tightly with her teeth. We told him that we also use at home but it never happened. It was so dangerous but we maintained our calm. Then we saw another glass on our table with the crack. We complained again and they threw the glass in the Dustbin. This time we totally saw a negligence case... When we talked to manager he is not at all sorry n showing his cold attitude. Not a single word of emotions or sorry. Seeing this we get annoyed and asked them for the bill and to cancel our remaining order. Then the attitude of manager was so weird that my husband got angry and told him that instead of feeling sorry he is behaving in this way. He said sir mein sorry hu though he did not say sorry even a single time. Afterward we pay our bill for whatever we ordered and walk out with the worst experience of my life at such a so called good and fine dining restaurant.

Guys please take precaution while going there, these insensitive and inhuman people only want money thats it....

I can give rating in minus as well....only food is not everything hospitality n good attitute is also a part of...

Worst experience , I booked the terrace for celebration of my daughter first birthday, their service is pathetic...if you had booked according to per plate per person cost still it's feel like you ordering the food in the restaurant because you have to wait for the food. Secondly their lift is not working from last 3 days and they didn't inform us about that, on the day of party we came to know that lift is not working and we have to go up 4th floor through stairs only. Very rude owners (husband and wife). Dear Arushi, please have some guts to accept the fault and be some helpful becoz not every body parents are same, my father have a heart problem and he has to take stairs for 4th floor, if your parents are there in that situation may you allow them to take stairs.
