Bikanervala is my go-to place to have masala dosa ...Apart from masala dosa,i like pyaaz kachori(crispy kachori filled with chatapata oninon masala , jalebi(thin and crisp) and khaman(soft ansd spongy)...According to me , masala dosa is one of the tastiest delicacies of Bikanervala...it is a must try...The dosa is arranged in a triangle and is loaded with aloo-pyaz stuffing ... This stuffing is one of the tastiest thing about dosa...it has fennel seeds /saunf (that i love most), mustard seeds ( a must) ,chana dal and curry leaves that makes it so delicious . It is accompanied by sambhar(and 2 chutneys - coconut and fenugreek/methi ) .The taste of sambhar is good to okay.The chutneys are tasty...I also tried the tandoori platter that was just okay(not up to expectations )...The chinese platter is also okay...Apart from this, the ambience is good and hygiene is up to the mark... Should give it...
