When i was a child back then, I loved nirula, their ice cream was fabulous in those days and the prices were reasonable too, but i recently visited Nirula's and saw a huge price increase for a single scoop of ice cream which isnt justified for the quality and service they are offering, the quality was dissapointing, if you need your ice cream in a waffle cone u have to pay additional 25Rs. The taste and portion is a total let down, i dont know why they are still in the market because the trust must have been broken from almost every customer. They are totally disinterested in serving the customers or answering their queries; provide inconsistent information. Menu neither displayed nor available there. They ask you to check everything online despite they not having any proper website. Then they ask you to check and order from zomato. On in-person order, many items not available.
