So, I finally met the famous egg curry that’s been trending on YouTube like it’s the Ranveer Singh of gravies. And guess what? Hype ≠ Taste.
First spoonful: 🔥🔥🔥. Not because of flavor, but because the chili levels are high enough to launch me into space without ISRO’s help. Somewhere under all that masala lava, I assume there’s curry… but my tongue was too busy filing a harassment complaint.
They serve it with Roomali Roti, onions, and a green chutney that’s… let’s just say “there.” The chutney has all the personality of that one silent kid in class who never speaks but still gets attendance.
The only hero here? Amul butter. Every dish has it, and that’s the only reason I didn’t walk out writing a sad shayari about wasted eggs.
