There is something magical about this man since early 90s when Gandhi used to sell omlette on a road side thela near this shop. Being a vegetarian I could only wonder why his place is always crowded and even the ruffians would wait patiently for their turn, which was easily a 30 min wait.

Later when He opened a vegetarian Poorie Subzi and raita joint in its present location that I could experience his magic. The taste is divine and is beyond review.
