Price - ( 0/1 ) Very high price considering food type ( fried food ), location ( market place ), shop type ( street vendor ) and customer facilities ( no sitting facility ). Satiety value - ( 0.5/1 ) Less pakoras for high price. If you are hungry, better to opt for other options there in market rather than spending here. For taste, you may spend money once or twice. Not worth more. Hygiene - ( 0/1 ) - Nothing to elaborate here. Just one word. Unhygienic. The way they make is unhygienic as well as they put semi - cooked pakoras uncovered. Remember, you are not just paying the price of pakoras but you may have to add doctor's fee and medicine cost also to it later. But if hygiene is your prime concern, better to avoid. It's on a busy road. All day vehicle come and go. Still they keep the semi cooked food completely uncovered.
Pollution and dust will easily go in the food. I know road side stands can't have exclusive storage. But in this case even a 50 rs cloth could save the food from 90% dust and pollution. But no they don't even do that even though this stall is very famous and has a good sale One time investment of 50-100 rs won't even matter to them.
