Food quality has gone down for sure as I have been visiting the restaurant regularly. Oil quantity used is too much for dosa. Butter dosa does not even have taste of butter, it tastes like oil dip one not at all prepared in butter. I also noticed that sambar is also not up to the mark, quantity of elements in it are clearly decreased.
Only things we liked are rasam, pappad, coconut milk chutney and idli chaat. We ordered four types of dosas also but all of these did not taste at all good.
Service at table was good and polite. When approached for complaining, the manager clearly do not have attitude of listening, which is not quite acceptable and appears to be rude when someone is giving a critique about a product (food).
Atmosphere is good but painting work should not progress without covering the side. It does not look good to see a scene of work ongoing when you come to a food restaurant.

Read moreSagar Ratna is one of the known names in the restaurant industry is the most popular name in this present world. Nowadays the restaurants are not just a place to come and eat but now it’s becoming a place where people can meet and spend time together to enjoy. Just like another franchise of Sagar Ratna this place has also got some awesome food, it’s a pure vegetarian restaurant great quality and price friendly. There are different variations of South Indian dishes available here. I taste Paper butter masala dosa and Mysore masala dosa which was very tasty. Love their rasam and Idli Chat. The service here is just fine as staff seems to have a happy go lucky attitude towards service. The ambience is simple and clean. Parking facility also available. Overall a nice place to visit with family friends for South Indian dishes especially dosa.
