Very very poor system and staff is not trained, customer convenience is least bothered.

I entered in restaurant at around 3 ,cash counter on the right hand side of the enterence ,guided me to go to for billing of food items,as that counter was only for snacks and sweets billing. I went to first floor cash counter told me sudoxo cars can be swiped on ground floor,I gave her cash,Rs 394/- I sat on seat,my wife asked me to confirm ,whether we have to go to kitchen counter or our token No will be displayed.

On kitchen counter I was told I should haye given copy of bill on counter then only they will start preparing food.

In all this process my valuable 15minutes got wasted, During lunch time I don't have a single minute to waste,rather no body have.

Tell me how to get compensation of my time wasted by your two cashier's, person on food counter and your boyishly looking supervisor.She was asking me please tell me Name of the cashier, I asked should I again go on downstairs to confirm her Name,

Been to this place couple of times but during my LATEST visit in the afternoon found that dal makhni was stale and tasteless. Shahi paneer too was too sweet and undercooked.

Seating arrangement is poor with table tops having loose fitting.

There were 3 different Menus circulating in the restaurant. Had ordered Pav Bhaji too and surprisingly it's price varied in all 3 menus. The final price charged is what displayed at the wall behind the payment counter. Other 2 Menu cards being circulated confuse the customer with no one to answer the query properly. THE PRICES OF ALL ITEMS have been increased TOO MUCH with NO improvement in SERVICE Or QUALITY.

Parking space is too pathetic. LOTS of HOUSE FLIES and mosquitoes 🦟🦟🦟 were found all over the place.

There is no seating arrangement at first floor. One has to himself carry his food items to the ground floor. WON'T VISIT this place in future.

Visited again as I thought things would have improved. But wasted hard earned money on worst ever...

It is a place which may satiate your taste buds, if you simply love to try different delicacies. It has two floors where the ground floor has sweets, pastries, cakes and various snacks on display and there is seating arrangement where you may relish your pre-ordered meal or snack that you have to collect from various dedicated counters. It simply means those are self-service counters and you have to pay in advance. They serve amazing food and desserts. You may get it packed and take it away; be it sweets, snacks or meals. It is simply fresh and truly delicious. The variety is huge and you do not mind paying premium for it. On the first floor, you may place order for food like any other restaurant and enjoy it to the hilt. It has dedicated parking space and you may also order in bulk. They also put dry fruits and various gift hampers on sale during festive seasons.
