I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spezia Bistro, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The food was undoubtedly good, with a few standout dishes and a couple of minor misses. We started with the Veg Dim Sum in Chili Oil, which was a perfect balance of flavors—spicy yet savory, and the texture of the dim sums was spot on. The Chili Fish was another highlight: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the spice level was just right to complement the flavors without overwhelming them. However, the Garlic Knots were a bit overrated in my opinion. While they were freshly baked and flavorful, they didn’t quite live up to the hype and didn’t leave a lasting impression compared to the other dishes.
The drinks were fantastic! Both the Mango Mocktail and the Jamun Mocktail were incredibly refreshing and perfectly complemented the meal, each offering a sweet and tangy burst of flavor.
Now, let’s talk about the ambience—this was perhaps the biggest highlight of the evening. The vibe at Spezia Bistro is cozy yet stylish, creating a warm and inviting environment. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxed dinner or a casual hangout with friends.
As for the service, it was commendable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
All in all, Spezia Bistro provided a lovely dining experience. While the garlic knots didn’t quite hit the mark, everything else—from the food to the drinks to the ambience—was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to unwind with good food and...
Read moreSpezia bistro fantastico ! . The best in class in each and every segment I know whether it's food or serving or ambience or hospitality. . I ordered their staple dish "Thai basil noodles", Mexican "Veg Jimichunga", "Miss lavender"Drink, and, "Blueberry Mixed with Strawberry" shake with good quantity. All were super delicious and the best I have tasted till date. . I would recommend all these 4 items if you are going there to eat, like I was very much full on stomach and dishes were not even finished but they tasted so good If I had left unfinished then that would have been an insult to the dishes served. . We were served by Mr. Suraj and he made sure to brief about the dishes, the chef special or any other needs, also he served us the food on the plate and also get us the blueberry shake mixed with strawberry on request and a complimentary dessert in the end was literally a cherry on the cake. . Service was quick, with beautiful ambience and great hospitality, for price I would say on a higher side but for the quality and service they provided it was worth it. . Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Hospitality 5/5 Price 4/5 . Thanks for reading this much, don't forget to see the pictures attached and thumbs up.
Edit 1: I went again with colleagues and used zomato offer having 2 types of platter in 500 instead of 1000 and I would say it was worth every penny, which can fill the tummy of a single person easily. Taste was again amazing with amazing presentation. Attaching the menu and...
Read moreSo we wanted to try this cafe/restaurant IDK what to call it. Food : Alfrwdo pasta -it was very underwhelming and bland. The portion size was small the cost was big. We were not too hungry therefore it was suffice but it was only as much as for one person to eat. Price - 500
Blueberry pie Smoothie - underwhelming again. Tastes like cough syrup in milk. Price - 329 (i can't remember but it was close to this amount)
Service : 8/10. I am not sure if I'm overthinking this but the staff was kind ajidgy as we were 3 people and we didn't order much. We just wanted to try the outlet and we weren't too hungry. And regardless of all the aspects we received a comment "just two?" In a very sarcastic manner. The service was otherwise okay.
Atmosphere- has plenty of space pretty aesthetic. Picturesque.
IMO the place needs to really serve good food. And by good I mean tasty food if they are going to sell their product at such atrocious prices. Otherwise what's the point of anyway.
Might go again, might...
