Horrible and shocking! I always felt Subway is one of the most consistent QSRs in terms of food quality and packaging. However today they delivered an absolutely horrible Chicken Teriyaki Wrap through Swiggy. Instead of being the regular soft wrap, it was hard, crunchy and absolutely brittle. The entire wrap crumbled into my hands and on my shirt while trying to open the paper covering. The fillings inside were almost dried out. I'm quite sure that some idiot at Subway over toasted or over grilled the wrap, which resulted in this inedible stuff. Instead of trashing it to the bin, they decided to send it to the customer. Very poor customer service and this is what happens when greedy franchises run the business with no quality control. You ended up screwing up my dinner! Please avoid this particular branch while ordering food online...

I asked them to put the same sauces on the first two and without asking they started putting the same dairy sauce on the third one (dairy free) as well. When I pointed that out, they started wiping the sauce off. That was enough to put me off and I cancelled the order for the third wrap.
