I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beno Cafe for a leisurely brunch, and I must say, it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful culinary journey.

First and foremost, the highlight of my brunch experience was undoubtedly the Shakshuka. As a fan of this Middle Eastern dish, I had high expectations, and Beno Cafe exceeded them with flying colors. The dish was perfectly cooked, with a rich tomato base complemented by aromatic spices and a perfectly poached egg. The flavors were well-balanced, and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The portion size was generous, leaving me feeling satisfied and content.

To accompany my Shakshuka, I decided to try the Strawberry Smoothie Bowl, and it turned out to be a great choice. The presentation was beautiful, with a vibrant bowl filled with fresh strawberries, banana slices, granola, and a drizzle of honey. The smoothie itself was smooth, creamy, and bursting with natural fruit flavors. It was a refreshing and healthy option that left me feeling energized and ready to take on the day.

What made my brunch experience at Beno Cafe truly extraordinary was the live music performance by Faith and Raegan. Their talent and versatility were evident as they effortlessly transitioned between different genres, including Konkani, English, and retro Hindi songs. Their captivating voices and soulful renditions added an enchanting ambiance to the cafe, creating a truly immersive and enjoyable dining experience. The music provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch with friends or loved ones.

Furthermore, the staff at Beno Cafe were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to accommodate any dietary preferences or answer any questions regarding the menu. The service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that I had a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

The overall ambiance of Beno Cafe was charming, with cozy seating arrangements and tastefully decorated interiors. The cafe exuded a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to catch up with friends or simply enjoy some alone time.

In conclusion, my experience at Beno Cafe was nothing short of exceptional. The Shakshuka and Strawberry Smoothie Bowl were both delicious and satisfying, while the live music by Faith and Raegan added a touch of magic to the entire experience. The attentive staff and inviting ambiance made me feel right at home.

If you're looking for a spot to enjoy a delicious brunch accompanied by live music, I highly recommend visiting Beno Cafe. Whether you're a fan of shakshuka, smoothie bowls, or simply appreciate good music, this cafe will not disappoint. I will definitely be returning to Beno Cafe for another memorable brunch experience in the...

Situated in a very calm and cool area near colva. Has a great ambience and cozy feeling when you first walk in. They have digitised menu and great decor as well. These were the end of my pleasant experience there.

I ordered for Chai, Quinoa upma, smoked chicken and cheese croissant with extra chicken sausages, and toast with tomato cheese and balsamic vinegar.

The sour experience started with the way the captain or the owner was behaving with one of his staff. The staff clearly has been messing up at work but with a full restaurant one should know to take action at different time or away from his customers. the owner/captain(what seemed like it) held the staff by the back of his neck and pushed him to look at the food that has been waiting to be served and this continued into him arguing and treating the waiter poorly. While, I understand mistakes can happen or he may be a weak employee. The way you treat your staff in front of your customers speaks a lot about the establishment and the person you are. They probably would work better if you treated them better.

My second problem, was how confused the staff where with table numbers and the orders from each table. There was clearly no run through of tasks and segregation of tasks. Everyone ran around like headless chickens waiting for instructions from this owner/captain. I notice my food come our 15mins ago to the table behind me, I pointed out that the order is ours(once I heard the other table deny the food) post which the order was taken back kept in the kitchen (not sure if it was remade) and got back to our table after everything was cold. We ended up having cold breakfast.

Overall, this could have been a bad day for the restaurant but bad days are what shows the truth. I think my morning would have been better if I avoided this place. It gave me a very negative vibe and a bad start to my day. We went elsewhere and had a better breakfast with happy,...

Chow down at this sunny outdoor restaurant, @beno.goa in Benaulim, South Goa. I was absolutely delighted with this find - there's just so much to love about it.

The food was spot on! 'The Juice,' which is one of their pork burgers really blew me away, as did their Pesto Pasta with Broccoli - i don't think I've ever enjoyed pesto pasta or brocolli that much! I also tried the watermelon and feta salad and the breakfast platter called 'Meat, Eggs and Everything Else' that came with a nice cheese omelette, a pile of bacon, sausages, mashed potatoes, baked beans and an apple puree/jam. The Oi Poi is a small selection of stuffed poees and I went veg with an 'Eat Like an Egyptian' containing hummus, grilled zucchini, pickles and mushroom. They have fabulous desserts from what I hear, but on the day I visited, they just had the moist chocolate cake which was divine!!!

What I love more than the food, the great service and the wonderful playlist they have going on is the calm, breezy open air area with cabana style seating. Just the perfect space to spend a weekend morning under the trees! If that's not your scene, you can enjoy the regular seating area too.

I have to mention that this restaurant is pet friendly and they really care about their canine clientele. You can walk in with your pooch or call before hand and inform (recommended.) You can bring your dogs food along or ask them to provide food and water. You can get a bowl of boiled chicken at Rs. 180 and chicken & rice for 250. Bailey, my 8 month old pup, had an absolute ball of a time and if you haven't seen my reel on Beno, check it out! The staff also pays a lot of attention to covid safety - I couldn't help but notice that very important...
