The avogado sandwich prepared in this place and adviced by Lonely Planet is worth its reputation, though not exactly cheap (around 200/220IR), since in the end it's the size of a toast.The avogado cheese version was delicious, creamy and nicely presented. The owner of the shop is a lovely old man who will be happy to share his interesting memories of his life with you. They don't...

December 2021 update: it’s still the best!

It’s like coming to my Goan uncle and aunties home for a breakfast every morning. They are great and the food was lovingly made. Have been coming frequently over the week....

My most favorite place in all of India!! The best lassi I've ever had! The owners are the sweetest. Make it a point to stop here . A few times :) the owner will even show you a book and tell you about old goa...
