Chicago Pizza Margao — Restaurant in Goa

So tried this place called Chicago Pizza, newly opened joint in margao south Goa. The first dine in experience was fairly all right. The second experience which was a take away was a pathetic experience. Started with a simple question about the cut out offer that read # free pepsi with every pizza on the next takeaway order..... Now im guessing as per what it read that with every pizza its a pepsi free to patronize the customer and retain them too. However the Male behind counter which im guessing is the ladys husband in whose name the license is issued, was very rude when I asked him about the offer. He went on to tell me that "for every free pepsi you need to get a cut out of the empty box" to start with and went on to say if you want to very this get onto the company website and read their terms and conditions. Very pathetic customer service and Chicago Pizza I must certainly say have probably learnt the indian way of advertising Falsely thereby Misleading...

I recently visited Chicago Pizza and had a disappointing experience. As we entered, the store was very hot since the AC was off, despite it being afternoon. When I asked the counter staff, she mentioned that the AC is turned on only when customers arrive, and it was set at 24°C, which didn’t make much of a difference.

We ordered two pizzas – the taste was just okay, but what really put me off was the way they were served. Instead of proper plates, they were given on a torn piece of a pizza box, which looked very unprofessional. No plates were provided either.

On top of that, the counter staff was rude and unprofessional in her behavior. The seating arrangement is also very uncomfortable, as the tables and chairs cannot be moved, making it inconvenient for customers.

Overall, not a pleasant experience and definitely needs improvement in both service and...

Well how do I put it the store has really good vibe went there yesterday ordered for pizza and got to know about the buy one get one offer baught the cheese burst large zesty and smoked pizza and i have to tell you we didn't have to wait like half an hour like we had to in smoking Joe's Pizza the service and the vibe over there was nice so were the staff both the pizza's were bussin gotta tell you that loved it the stretching of the pizza was what got me rollin for it my only mistake was thinking that me and my frnd could finish both of em just to realise this one wasn't gonna be a easy task to fill had to parcel the last 5 slices but altogether I really enjoyed the place and the food gonna be back sooner than later...
