We went to this restaurant because friends & Google maps recommended it and a friendly waiter invited us in. The menu locked nice and we placed our orders. Then we waited. And waited. After an hour we were still waiting, although people who had arrived after us got their meals. I went downstairs to inquire about our order and got the answer "coming in 2 min". The chicken burger with fries and salad (in reality cabbage, tomato and a slice of lemon / lime) arrived in 2 min, and it turned out that it had probably been waiting for the other meals to get started. It was dry, barely warm and didn't taste much of anything. The other meals didn't arrive in 15 more minutes, so we paid for the burger & drinks and left.
We were very disappointed and left the place hungry. The waiters were nice enough, but they should learn to treat all customers according to when their orders are placed, and at least simply communicate with their customers if the waiting time is getting longer than expected.
