Let's get one thing straight, the service is in shambles.

We got here at 2pm and ordered the following items- Butter garlic Prawns, A plate of fried Bangda fish, Fish fingers, 2 rice bowls, 1 prawn curry and the Double down chicken stuffed with cheese and bacon. For drinks we ordered beers, Sprites and a Cold Coffee.

There was one waiter managing the whole service, with two other tables being occupied. He first served us the other tables Calamari dish, which we returned. The prawns were then served, with 6 little prawns for ₹450. He then reported that they ran out of Bangda and only one was available to serve. We were alright with being served the one fish, which he then brought out with the Fish fingers. The fish fingers were thin and tasted pre-made and frozen.

After this, we were served nothing for 1 and a half hours. After repeated requests and running out of patience, the cold coffee was brought out, which had curd like lumps in it and was bitter. After some more requests and chiding the waiter for the wait, the main course was brought out at 4:15pm. The rice and curry was alright, the chicken was dripping in grease and slightly burnt, and the side of fries were unseasoned and bland. It is worth noting that even water wasn't served throughout service, till we asked for it, and the tissue paper stand was empty.

After some apologies for the wait, the bill was brought out coming up to around ₹3350, which was met with some surprise. After adding up the sums on the bill, we found a miscalculation with the actual price being ₹2350. A whole 1000 buck miscalculation?!? This made us more wary about the bill and at closer inspection found that we were billed for the whole Bangda plate of 3 pieces, after being served just one. After pointing this out, they returned ₹200. At this point, we were too fed up to actually stay and got up and left...

Total negetive report Today I went to this restaurent.Before going to resraurant we discussed properly with the owner lady 1 nonveg thali and 1 veg thali.she accepted our order and asked for advance.We paid it hoping in mind she will serve what we ordered for lunch. At the time of serving she served one small katori veg sukka bhaji,one small katori nonveg curry 2 tiny pcs rava fry fish one katori rice and pickel papad etc.I was sirprised looking at this kind of mix thali.still adjusted and saperated the non veg from veg thali and made 1 veg thali and 1 nonveg thali. On the top of it the lady at the time of advance promissed us to serve 1 fulaka each theli .we have to remind her the same.at the end we didnot received any curry/dal for veg thali so we ordered it saperately to add our bill amount.its even ok for us.we ordered kokam curry added to our bill again ok for us .to our surprise the fish curry served to us was cooked in rotten coconut fried on griddle and then the curry paste was done teasting bitter at the end and added half doki of bangado in the curry.total dusgusting and billed very high around 900 + for 2 people. In menu card you can see fish thali ...veg thali etc. In my opinion no body should visit...

Ambiance: We visited this place for dinner. At first sight, this place looks like a nice place for hangout and dine-in, has decent open-view seating arrangements, and good lighting, and is also an almost open kitchen so you can observe what's happening behind the scene. One thing that bothered us a lot, is the whooping big mosquitoes, there were a lot of them, we changed seats three times, attendee helped us by placing a mosquito coil, but since its open-air it was useless.

Food: I have found the food here is below average. I mean there was nothing to remember, it was straight away bland. Even the price to food item value wasn't good enough to add anything here. The only thing that we like here was fresh lime soda.

Staff: Our attendee was courteous, and quite helpful, seeing that we are struggling with mosquitoes.

Washroom: We have used both the handwash area and restrooms, and both were neat and clean. Also, I liked that both were located away from the dining area, which is my preferred location.

Verdict: I would personally not suggest anyone visit this place, only if you are running out of options OR don't have a vehicle to try out other...
