Title: "Disappointing Hookah Experience and Billing Issues"
Review: Our visit to the shack left much to be desired. Initially, the hookah prices were exorbitant, leading us to negotiate for a more reasonable rate of Rs 1000 per hookah. We opted for Kiwi Pan and Watermelon Mint Pan flavors, only to discover they didn't have the promised flavors.
The visual appeal of the hookahs didn't translate to a satisfying experience; even after changing the coal and attempting various adjustments, the quality remained subpar. The red hookah depicted in the picture turned out to be useless.
To add to the disappointment, the fries were only mediocre.
When the bill arrived, we were shocked to find it was Rs 2600, a figure we hadn't agreed upon. Resolving this issue became a significant challenge, highlighting a lack of integrity on their part.

Read moreWe went there yesterday night when there was a private party going on. It was 9.45 and we didnt know that shacks around close early for dinner. When we asked here, they said we will get food but have to wait for 15 mins. We waited as we were hungry. But post that, we were made to sit on a table which was unclean and served the food that was leftover from their private party!( Which we came to know later on, as we saw the buffet menu spread there ) We had no option as we were hungry. The charged us 500 InR for 1 veg dish and 4 rotis!!!! Gosh! Such money minded people ! Would not recommend this place ever...their neighbouring shacks are really good. We are regulars at Goa and Goan people have always won our hearts, but some like these just dishearten you. I wish i could...
Read moreDo not visit this shack. When we went to pay, although we wanted to pay with cash, we were told that it was a card only establishment, and so we paid by card. We were then told that the card payment had not been successful as there was no signal and, as a result, the shack would accept cash; which we paid. Having checked our bank statement the next day, the Seagull shack had also taken payment for our meal on our card, despite it saying otherwise. The owners had lied to us and, we suspect, this is a scam to extort money from tourists. We have asked the owners (Inacio Fernandes and his family) to return our money but they have refused. To make matters worse, we also suffered terrible food poisoning from the food we ate and we saw the owners get a dog out of the restaurant by kicking it...
