Beware of Ordering from Domino’s – They’re Scamming Customers!
I’ve had a terrible experience with Domino’s and want to warn others before they waste their money. We placed an order on February 14th and received the wrong items—despite paying extra for a medium thin-crust pizza, we got a regular crust, and instead of a heart-shaped cheese burst pizza, we received a regular one.
Since then, we’ve been trying to contact customer service, but it’s been pointless. All they do is send standard replies saying a representative will reach out, but no one ever does. Even after calling them, we got the same automated response. To make things worse, they had the audacity to ask us to rate the call—when they hadn’t solved anything!
I’ve deleted the Domino’s app and will never order again. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers. Big companies like Domino’s shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this kind of dishonesty.
If they can’t even get basic orders right and refuse to fix their mistakes, they don’t deserve our money. Support small businesses instead—they actually care about...

Last night at around 9:15 we called Domino's to place an order. We were told that our society is not in coverages of delivery. (there is a scty next to ours which is in coverage because we have ordered there before). We asked for the outlet contact number but were told that its against their policy. Please look at the pic, there is a board whuch is bang opposite our scty with the number. At 9:30 pm we called again and the CCR confirmed the order. But we never got the pizza. We called again at 10:45 but were told that the store was offline. The names of the Customer Service Reps are Arya and Angad respectively. Read moreI am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your outlet on 13/04/2025. I had ordered a medium Veggie Extravaganza – Cheese Burst pizza, expecting the quality that Domino’s is known for. However, the pizza had very little cheese, which made me feel like I was charged extra for the cheese burst option without receiving its actual value.
Additionally, the restaurant’s overall ambience was quite poor. There were flies and insects present, and the AC water was leaking, making the environment uncomfortable and unhygienic.
I would, however, like to commend the service staff and the manager for their courteous behavior and good service, which was the only positive aspect of my visit.
As a loyal customer, I believe Domino’s, being an international brand, should pay close attention to these details to ensure customers get value for their money and a pleasant...
