Satkar is a old eatery tucked underneath Maria hall in the main Benaulim junction. Its like a small eatery you see in many small Indian towns and cities. These kind of places are frequented by the locals for their daily dose of tea, smaosa and discussion. I had breakfast here multiple times and the food was decent for the price paid. Taste is good , you get hot food and quality is also good. Puri bhaji and buns are a good choice if you are a first timer here. The place is located in a 4 road junction and is easily noticeable. It looks like a small cafe with an average ambience just to have a quick meal and go out. The glasses and the floor did not seem clean enough.
