Fé's Deli — Restaurant in Goa

Today was my one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. Today I had ordered food from this restaurant on Zomato they give a timeline of 35 to 40 minutes for delivery of the food. But every single time for every single order there is a delay of around 30 to 40 minutes. I have been tolerating this for every single order that I have placed at this restaurant, but today they are rude and arrogant behaviour, really pissed me off . I have been ordering from this restaurant since past four years. Initially the staff over there was really hospitals and kind and they had few customers but as they started gathering more customers, the staff over there became pathetically, rude and arrogant . when When there Is delay for Handing over the food to my delivery agent, they should have apologised for the delay instead The rude and unprofessional staff Over there told my delivery agent to convey this message to me that if I can’t tolerate the delay for 30 to 40 minutes then I should not order from the restaurant. The staff over there is lacking. The basic rule of human behaviour to be apologetic for the damage they have caused rather they are full of pride. They also told my delivery agent that my one single order is not going to affect them anyways as they have hundreds of orders for a day. I have been ordering food from different restaurants and in some cases there have been delayed for the food delivery but no hair. The staff was this rude and arrogant with me or my delivery agent. I have been one of the oldest customers of fes deli Ever Since it started and coming across, such rude stuff makes me more sad than angry angry. The customers are paying money for the food that they eat and you guys are not doing a charity by providing food free of cost. So you can pack your arrogance in your own food packets and keep them in your Restaurant. I know that losing one old customer will not harm your restaurant but after reading my review, even if one single person decides not to order from your restaurant, then it will be a big win for me. And then there was this Zomato Who were trying to safeguard interest by pulling my review down from the review page on the online site. When we can’t stop me and I have posted on Google so that any person who searches for this restaurant comes across my review and reconsiders...

Food The Southern Crumb Chicken Burger was a delightful surprise. Apparently, the chicken stuffing is made of chicken breast instead of a regular patty. The chicken was crispy, and the sauce was well-balanced. Served with fries, it made for a satisfying meal.

The Chicken Salami Sandwich ( Jalapeño + Pineapple) was equally impressive—flavorful and fulfilling, with a great mix of smooth textures and taste.

For drinks, the Lime Soda was refreshing and complemented the meal well.

Ambiance Fé's Deli has a charming vibe with aesthetically pleasing wall paintings, books to read, and even some games to enjoy, the soft background pop music/FM adds to the relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a snack break.

Service Service was a bit slow, with food taking some time to arrive. However, the wait was worth it, given the quality and taste of the food. The staff was very kind and cooperative, which made the overall experience even better.

Disappointing Experience: Slow Service, Tiny Portions, and Misinformation

I recently visited Fe's Deli expecting a pleasant lunch experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing.

The service was painfully slow. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, our food took an incredibly long time to arrive. To make matters worse, the portions were shockingly small, leaving us unsatisfied and questioning the value for money.

What really put the nail in the coffin was the attitude of the staff. When we politely inquired about the delay, we were met with vague answers and misleading information about the expected wait time. This lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude left a sour taste in our mouths, overshadowing the entire experience.

Overall, Fe's Deli failed to meet even the basic expectations of good service, reasonable portions, and honest communication. I hope they can improve, but based on my experience, I can't recommend...
