The Burger Dough Co. has raised the bar for burger experiences in Margao! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the thoughtfully designed space. The ambiance is warm and inviting, rustic and charming, creating the perfect backdrop for a delicious meal. I started with the star of the show: the Angry Bird burger. Let me tell you, this burger is not for the faint of heart! The spice level is definitely up there, but it's a manageable heat that enhances the flavor rather than overpowering it. The patty was cooked to perfection – juicy and flavorful – and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully chosen. The bun itself deserves a mention – perfectly toasted and sturdy enough to hold all the deliciousness within. The Cajun fries were the ideal accompaniment. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned with a generous dose of Cajun spices. They had a nice kick, but again, not overly spicy. And to balance the heat, the peach iced tea was a refreshing and flavorful choice. It wasn't overly sweet, allowing the peach flavor to shine through. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. I ordered a hot chocolate which was basically Hershey's syrup in hot milk lacking marshmallows and whipped cream and looked worse than home made. Moreover, the fries were mediocre with cheese sauce which tasted like non-whipped yogurt. Lastly, the burger had sandwich cheese and the yogurt sauce and overall had an okay taste. They even served me the burger with a dead spider on it and when I pointed out at this they were kind enough to bring a new fresh burger.

The place is amazing!!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone whos looking for a nice cosy spot to get delicious food. When me and my friends visited the place we tried out their burgers and i must say i was really impressed with the quantity and it was nice and tasty. The service was really nice and welcoming. When i asked them if they served their burgers with fries he said they didnt but we could serve you some fries with it if you’d like that.
