Great place to eat whilst on the beach and Alan and the girls are very friendly, doing a great job being friendly as they obviously want you to spend your time there. We did for a couple of days until we found out that they charge way more for the beers than any other shack, so we decided to use other shacks as they weren't charging so much. I will add that the girls bother you a little too much to buy sarongs or have a massage and will not really take no for an answer, so you have to fob them off which fortunately I have an answer for everything so was easy for me but noticed other customers were annoyed by them and said some of the girls were rude to them. Don't be fobbed off and feel sorry for them by them telling you it's their small business, as they work for a boss who resides in London. Read moreWe stayed at Sonesta Inns in Candolim. We had a private walkway to the beach & at the entrance to the beach was Floyd's Beach Shack. We were always greeted by Alan & always welcomed when we popped by. Free billiards available & lots of seating inside & on the beach. If you purchased food or drinks, you could sit on the sunbeds for free. There were fireworks on Christmas Eve & a host of great tracks...

The staff is polite and cooperative. They were very kind to cook us yummy fish fry from the fresh catch one of the evenings.
