Capital O 61948 Aqua Marina — Hotel in Goa

Guys choose these over priced and terrible cottages with zero services only if u wish to spil ur stay and love RATS in the rooms. We had booked 2 rooms and stayed here for 3nights and 4 days (6 room nights) out of which only once the room was cleaned. No toiletries were provided..... we checked-in in the morning and only after asking for toiletries we received it at 7 pm..... There were no mats in the room. In one room v got the mats again after multiple reminders by the end of the 1st day and 2nd room we didn't get till v checked out. 🙃 These cottages do noy hav inhouse intercom and there is very low mobile signal theoughout the resort premises...and zero connectivity inside the rooms.....also the WIFI disnt work tgroughout our stay 😢😢....So every tune we had any requirement we had to go out of the room search for the mobile connectivity and then call at the reception or had to visit the reception (twice or thrice for one requirement). When it was raining cats & dogs we had to stand in the balcony and get wet and call. Also, there were no towels in the room. After requesting 3-4 times we got it only after 2 hrs of our checking-in and they were never changed through out our stay of 4 days. Eventhough, i belong to hospitality background, we choose this resort because Mr./Mrs. Owner of this property was well known to one of my co-traveller and as We were lady traveller's, travelling with 2 kids (2 & 4yrs old) so we were only looking for secured place with good services where we can enjoy with the kids. Else, i could hav booked in any of HYATT, TAJ OR HILTON properties under FRIENDS & FAMILY category with almost the same price which we payed here for ZERO SERVICES AND RATS IN THE ROOM. ||Guys I had experienced the worst hospitality ever in my lifetime till date here. At night we were mopping the floor of tge room ourself.... as the kids were with us and the rooms used to get sand from the beach as the property is next to the beach. ||Even if anyone had booked the stay here ... plz cancel and take ur refund back and better than this could be to stay in any of the 1star hotel. ||Humble request to the Owner of this property to look into this and do not spoil the vacations of traveller's by giving ZERO services and COMPLEMENTARY RATS in...

This place is an A One place totally amazing and outstanding location. Staff amd managers are so courteous and very helpful.||I read so many reviews online for this place and was very skeptical to go to this place for 5 days with all the mix reviews.||I then called up the hotel and spoke to the manager name Shubham he was a very nice gentleman and very well spoken he helped me with my booking and heard my concerns about the bad and mixed reviews from the customers.||Shubham informed and assured me that they are the new management and these reviews were written for the old management.||PROS : great location||Right on the beach ||Sea view rooms||Go to the beach and take shower in your hotel||Food shack right outside the hotel open from morning till 12 am name pine tree ||Staff is superb ||Cottage is so spacious for being a cottage ||Price is so reasonable ||Swimming pool||Palm treess||Close to nature ||CONS||No intercom you have to make phone calls to the front desk to get anything from your personal phone ||Parking is little bit off route but not so bad||Only have breakfast and no other meals you can get meals from zamato or pine tree shack||WHEN I USED TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING THE SIGHT OF THE BEACH AND OCEAN WAS JUST SO BLISSFUL||COMING BACK WET FROM THE BEACH AND GOING STRIAGHT INTO THE BATHROOM FELT GREAT.||HOT SHOWER, BREAKFAST,||PROMPT SERVICE, COFFEE TEA IN ROOM HOT WATER JUG AMPLE PARKING||CLEAN ROOM AND SHEETS OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE ||MUST GIVE THIS NEW MANAGEMENT A SHOT AND LET THEM SERVE YOU||DONT GO...

The road is very narrow and congested so people with private cars dont even think of booking here. I booked this hotel for 3 nights looking at all the fancy photos on bookings.com. It was clearly stated that this place has private parking but they dont. The dirty and congested space that they call parking is a common parking for all. Once you leave your space there is no guarantee that you will get parking. The watchman himself told that out of 5 parking space 3 are owners vehicle. This space is littered with waste and bottles and it smells of piss.||2. The rooms were dirty and bed sheets and curtains had stains. The bathrooms also looked old and dirty. We were so depressed by all this we didnt stay and left immediately even though we had paid 30% advance and they didnt refund.||3. There was power cut and no backup at hotel when we arrived.||4. We were told breakfast is at the property but even that was a lie. They have some tie-up with nearby pathetic shack from were they arrange breakfast.||Thank god we shifted to another hotel.||Plz plz dont go here just coz...
