Frank's Dot Wine and Dine — Restaurant in Goa

We were assured early morning 4am checking to be considered in same day without additional charges , but during check out it was considered additional day if u ask justification lady says we are local goans don't mess with us else will call police , over charged place normal water bottle for 40rs , boiled eggs 150rs and after all this over pricing no room service , no towels , tissue paper ,or soap in hotel rooms For slight sound also owner will fight with her kids , what use of going Goa and not enjoy music with ur friends in room DONT STAY OR TAKE SERVICE IF YOU ARE COMING FROM OUTSIDE TO ENJOY GOA WITH YOUR FRIENDS,...

Ambience is great no doubt, food taste was good, but service was not up to 4* standards, we were the only family in the whole restaurant and yet service staff was missing, as if she staff are cooking and serving, service staff has no knowledge of the menu or any alternative for items not available. Was quite questionable of the the higher rating earned, pls take it in constrictive criticizim. Also need to focus on hygiene as the lamp shade got lots of spider web wich draws lots of insects and right above the tables.
