Full Moon — Restaurant in Goa

Ridiculous prices and mediocre food at best. (One dish was the worst). Very slow service even when there are hardly any customers. The only good thing about this place is the view of Bogmalo beach.

We were very hungry and looking for a place to have breakfast. So we entered the very first restaurant that we spotted at the beach. Firstly the waiter didn't come to take our order for a while. When he finally came, we ordered Aloo Paratha, Paneer Paratha and boiled eggs. When it was served, we were surprised to see what we got. Those parathas were worth calling chapatis. They were much smaller than usual parathas and they had a thin layer of stuffing. Boiled eggs plate which cost 120 rupees, had only three eggs and that too half cooked. Even after getting disappointed we still dared to order one more dish as we were still hungry. So we ordered Veg grilled sandwich and it turned out to be the worst sandwich of our lives. It was warm from the outside, so when we started eating it, our mouth burned as the inside was piping hot. We immediately realised they had put it in the oven and also felt that it wasn't fresh. It had only a thin layer of cheese along with a single slice of onion, Tomato and cucumber. Nothing was added for flavour. Totally bland. Very arrogant staff and disrespectful behaviour. They don't know anything about customer service. We often visit this place for breakfast but today was hights, just that today hot & sunny our kids came from beach and were looking for washroom which they arrogntarr declined and the staff kept on giving instructions how to use their washbasin as though we had never used one. After our breakfast ( not so good omlette preparation & a bad tea) kid's went outside to touch the cow's sitting near the entrance. The arrogant staff not just smoked on their faces and went ahead and bust a cracker to disperse the cows towards our kids. We shouted at him. It made no difference to him. We never saw such irresponsible attitude of an adult towards kid's. We didn't see a cop nearby else we would have complained about this. Maybe he is a psyco. Full Moon Bar and Restaurant at Bogmalo Beach is an absolute gem! The moment you step in, you’re greeted with a beautiful beachfront view that sets the perfect mood to relax and unwind. We were lucky to be served by Ronaldo, who was simply amazing. He made us feel so welcome, took great care of our table, and suggested some of the fresh catches of the day. On his recommendation, we tried the black snapper, lobster, crab, and calamari — every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The drinks are super affordable, and combined with the view, it’s just the perfect spot to chill with friends. Ronaldo’s friendly service really made the experience special.
