Tonys Beach Club — Restaurant in Goa

I want to rate this restaurant in the minus!!! I visited this place after having had a good experience the last time I came here. However, my second experience at this place was a disaster. No offense to the food, it was decent. But the management was an utter disgrace to the already poor image Goans have. We were a family of 5 who spotted a table besides the window. There was a family of 3 already seated there. I politely requested the waiter to slightly move the table to accommodate 2 chairs. He blatantly ignored my request. I then requested the family to allow us 2 chairs behind them, without Displacing them from the window they were sitting besides. These so called goans acted like puritans and said they will only move on the request of the owner of the restaurant. The waiter then comes and says that you cannot ask guests to move around and then chose to take revenge by not giving us a table. Me being a goan, I felt disgraced at the attitude of this waiter as I was with a non-goan family treating them at this so called 4.2 rated Google restaurant. The reasons Goans are so unsuccessful in life is because of their poor attitude and mentality and this was displayed clearly at this restaurant. We visited this restaurant as we found the food to be good and reasonably priced. But we were shocked to find a screw in our prawn chilly fry and even more appalling was the apathetic response of the staff. There was no manager around to address the issue and the staff's response was very nonchalant. Unfortunately there does not seem to be any sort of importance given to customer relations.
