Gia Drink Dine Dance — Restaurant in Goa

The place is nice.. they have around 8 tables i think. The sitting area is in the varanda of the house( god knows what they do if it rains heavily). Only one waiter. We had to wait real long for every damn thing.. for the menu -10mins; for starters(squids crispy fried with garlic mayo) exact 40mins! another 15 mins after we finished our starter for the main course(chiken xacuti and steamed rice). And 20 mins after we finished our meal for the bill!!!. We also had fresh lime soda which was sour. The quantity is very less to that compared to other restaurants in Goa for the same price. Starters :220₹. Xacuti : 200₹. Steamed Rice: 70₹. total bill was 530₹ (with the drink). The Best part is that the staff is friendly and humble. They said the kitchen is handled by single person. The squids were something new for us. The mayo was nice. Though it was bit salty. The xacuti was okay.. not good neither bad. Very bad experience , we a family of 10 people , the drinks that is whiskey n gin we ordered were found to be less in quantity later after informing the same we were given extra. The starters and food were served after prolong waiting with less quantity , single waiter, approx half n hour for each serving including the drinks. We ordered for cheese chilly and cheese chilly sausage bakris but what we got was just small amount of cheese u can say just a pinch of cheese in the bakri and sausage also very less quantity that too priced at 250 a peice, its just a normal choris pao with a pinch of chorisa , rest of the pao filled with oil, pathetic. Some Starters were bought after we were done eating. Not worth it, visit at your own risk . 🙏. Too much fat in pork chilly fry, lots of capsicums in the dishes , To the owner : close down if u cannot handle, no 1 forced u to take us in , we customers pay for wt we order, its not that u give us free n just sell...

Near lotelim , tucked in a small lane , this looks like a house run eatery ..its a balcav .. veraandah in Goa .. L shaped sitting and homely atmosphere .. an interesting menu . Bhakari cheese was something innovative .. fish was fresh . Preparations authentic goan .. the kids running the place look decent and hard working .. fish curry , ravaa fry prawns and veg cafreal was very tasty .. beautiful interior and ambience .. lot of parking place but a few points need to be noted .. its almost an outdoor sitting . no ac .. no wifi .. in day time it gets direct sunlight and its exhaustive in hot n humid climate .. also no alcohol is served .. we were told that their licence has been expired .. and the main course which was served almost after 50 minutes .. but overall if u are around rural part of central Goa , will...
